After being overweight her whole life and having tried almost every quick fix weight loss miracle on the market, Stephani enrolled in a Zumba class in early 2014. She attended class religiously five (5) days a week for at least an hour per day. Unfortunately, after months of this rigorous exercise regime, Stephani had only managed to lose a few pounds.
Frustrated with her results and ready to quit, she consulted with Dr. Transformation, who immediately told her to shift her focus from her exercise to her nutrition. Dr. Transformation gave her a “metabolism appropriate” weight loss caloric target and eating plan, and emphasized the futility in exercising to lose weight without also following a solid nutrition plan.
Stephani wowed family members and friends as she literally transformed her body within 3 months even though she had reduced her exercise by 50%. She dropped 40lbs and 10 dress sizes in 12 short weeks…something she previously would have thought impossible. After having two child, Carrie felt unattractive and overweight. She felt like the strategies she had used to lose weight before she had gotten pregnant were no longer effective. Feeling drained and disillusioned, Carrie’s friend told her about the success she had gotten with Dr. Transformation and Carrie decided to test it out.

Carrie decided to dedicate 12 weeks of her life to improving the way she looked and to adopting a healthier lifestyle. At the end of 12 weeks Carrie wanted 1)to fit into her pre-pregnancy clothes 2) look like a “hot mom” and 3) be a healthy role model for her two young daughters.
It was important to Carrie that she not workout at a gym since she is a stay at home mom. We created a a cardio and resistance program that Carrie could do at home. The only equipment Carrie used to achieve her results were a stability ball, 10 and 15 lbs weights, and a resistance band. Carrie worked out for 1 hour 4-5 days per week. She tracked her food daily and ate a high protein, moderate carbohydrate diet between 1500-1700 calories per day.
Committed to tracking her food and completing her workouts, Carrie made incredible changes over just 12 weeks. She took off 28lbs of scale weight and 6.5 inches off her stomach. At the end of her transformation, Carrie’s pre-pregnancy clothes were too big and she had to go out and a whole new wardrobe….a problem Carrie said she was happy to have. Carrie also reported feeling happier and sexier than ever before.
