Consistency is KEY
Make sure you follow the meal plan and check in meals daily! Consistency is key to getting to your goal. Use spices and herbs to cook your food with flavor so you don’t get board with your food. Plan out how you are going to approach each day, plan time to workout, eat, personal time ect. ( Win the day)

1. Post a video or a picture on your IG of FB of you doing your workout. Post a positive caption about our challenge #personalonlinetraining
2. Post that same picture and caption to the group
3. Post your meals and how you did with your workout.
