We want to make sure that you’re successful in this program. We are giving you all the tools you will need to see results in just 5 days. We want to show you how we win the day, if you can win the day you can win the week, the month, and the year. This is how we begin to crush your goals, daily wins. Prepare for the days ahead. If you’re prepared,( meals ready, time set for your workout ect.), then you can set yourself up to win the day.
Meal Prep 1-3 days in advance is a great way to be prepared for the day.Meal plan below.
Task for the day.
1. Post a video with an introduction of who you are and your fitness goal.
2. Make sure you know your start weight.
3. Make sure you are prepared for day 1.
